Sophia Elizabeth is an artist working across sculpture, installation and the decorative arts. The swan’s egg recurs throughout her practice as a form of origin, containment and transformation. Her works occupy an unstable territory between object and body, intimacy and monument. They appear at once protective and exposed, familiar and estranged.

Ornament is not applied to the work. It is where the work begins: a structure through which memory and desire take form. This ongoing exploration will unfold in The Eggs, a new body of work to be presented in early 2027. Until then, selected works may be viewed by private appointment.
